Elite Group is currently on the lookout for a Head of Field Sales to join our expanding team.

We’re looking for someone with Unified Communications, telecoms or technology experience to become a product specialist Elite Group’s product portfolio.  As an integral member of the Elite Sales Management Team, you will add value through process change, new ideas and exceptional leadership of our already successful sales engine.

We’re looking for a passionate and dedicated coach and leader, who strives to achieve excellence personally, for their direct reports.

As an Elite Head of Sales, you’ll have responsibility for

  • The successful sales and selling of unified communications solutions (e.g. Mobile, PBX, Hosted PBX, Voice, MPLS, Connectivity and Managed IT Services)
  • Leading and developing your team, and giving them the correct tools, training, motivation and leadership to enable them to hit targets
  • Always striving to achieve no less than 100% of your teams’ annual sales target
  • Planning, executing and managing sales strategies
  • Working with our Marketing team to proactively devise and deliver relevant campaigns to existing customers
  • Generating informative sales reports on a weekly and monthly basis
  • Building and maintaining relationships and correspond regularly with Elite customers and employees to encourage positive relationships
  • Monitoring and managing sales expenses within the allotted budget to effectively manage the Company’s spending
  • Identifying sales and marketing opportunities from regular customer visits

Our successful candidate will help and support our Account Directors to effectively manage existing key and managed customer accounts while keeping them informed and updated with Elite Group’s expanding product portfolio.

You’ll actively contribute to the overall success of Elite Group by staying focused on the sales team’s performance, sharing knowledge, expertise and resources.

  • Managing a Unified Communications or ICT sales team
  • Excelling targets and driving a team to succeed
  • Acting with the highest level of integrity and impeccable interpersonal skills
