Salary: circa £10,500 (18.75 hours per week, rotating shift pattern)

As part of their continued development, they are recruiting professional and enthusiastic individuals to join their busy and dynamic Passenger Services department.
Duties of the Passenger Services Agent:
Duties include check-in of passengers on behalf of a number of different airlines, boarding gate duties, and general customer service. An awareness of health and safety and safe working practices is important, although full training is provided.
Requirements of the Passenger Services Agent:
Successful applicants will be required to provide checkable and reliable references (education and/or employment) for the last 5 years, and will be required to provide references to cover any gaps in employment. Candidates must have the right to work in the UK, and will be required to complete a basic criminal record check (both UK and overseas). All positions work a rotating shift pattern across a 7-day working week, with a mix of early and late shifts, so flexibility is essential. Roles are advertised on a part-time basis, with rosters determined in accordance with operational requirements.
