The service is currently home to 4 individuals who have learning disabilities and/or Autism. They have came in to contact with the Criminal Justice System in the past. We are looking for Support Practitioners to assist them in re-integrating back in to their communities - Finding and attending different activities in their area including going to the gym, swimming, walking and other social activities.
This Support Practitioner role will also involve personal care, assisting with everyday activities such as cooking and maintaining their home, emotional support and ensuring they maintain contact with friends and family members.
We have Full time and Part time hours available. This role will involve a variety of day shift, night shift and waking night work. We are looking for someone that is flexible to work during the week.
