Our client is currently looking for a Personal Assistant to join their busy IT team!

As a growing company, this role is diverse, with no two days the same. You will be handling a variety of professional and personal responsibilities; across the people you support. A proactive approach to anticipating needs and resolving issues is key. Helping them execute their workloads will make someone who is successful within the role an invaluable resource within the company.

You should be extremely thorough, proactive in your approach to issues as they arise and thrive off of enabling the people you support to be as productive and impactful as possible. You’ll have a natural ability to prioritize workloads, solve problems proactively and have excellent communication skills. Your thinking will help us stay up-to-date and you’ll encourage and promote communication between teams to achieve the best outcomes for all stakeholders.

Personal Assistant Duties:

  • Providing administrative support to a portfolio of individuals across the business including personal tasks were required
  • Handle calendars, meeting requests and diary organisation to maximise time and productivity
  • Handle travel arrangements across the organisation
  • Track and process expenses
  • Help support the administrative functions of our sales operations, by helping our internal teams with opportunity raising and qualification,
  • Liaise with couriers and track POD’s
  • Raise purchase orders aligned to opportunities and engage with our supply chain and procurement teams
  • Be the lead for our contract and e-sign process internally within our sales organisation and fully support the documentation process cycle
  • Work with internal teams within finance, procurement and sales to achieve successful outcomes for us and our customers

Personal Assistant Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills and proactiveness
  • Ability to anticipate needs, execute on tasks with a very strong attention to detail
  • Be a quick learner – be able to understand and process new terminology, process or details at rapid pace
  • Ability to work autonomously and provide continual support, without need for direct engagement 100% of the time
  • High level of professionalism, confidentiality and discretion
  • Helping us on our mission and being a key part of the company’s growth plans
  • Experience within administrative or personal support experience
  • Excellent computer skills, with a key reliance on the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM would be preferred but not essential
  • Highly proficient in articulating written messages
