Following a recent internal promotion, a fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Service Desk Analyst to join the busy IT Team in Birkenhead.

About the Company:
This is a permanent full-time role, 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday. In addition, the role provides emergency out of hours support (24/7) on a rota basis, and occasionally works out of hours (evening and weekend) or during holiday periods. The role is based in our client's modern head office in Birkenhead, Wirral. The office is easily accessible from most transport links with just a short walk from Hamilton Square train station and local bus routes. Free parking is provided to staff either on site or nearby.
